So Park took over Joe Acaro shares I suppose, and I suspect ABA153 is the entity being merged into LRDR. Would be good if LRDR owns ABA153, JWC Foundation and that Malaysia sub TKV153 (formed in agreement with TKV Group) + value of Oftcoin?

Could be a nice mini-conglomerate coming in here.
