READ: Can surmise from the Google translation of that link, Laredo Resources owns 50% stake in JWC and that CEO of ABA153, Park is the largest shareholder.

So Park took over Joe Acaro shares I suppose, and I suspect ABA153 is the entity being merged into LRDR. Would be good if LRDR owns ABA153, JWC Foundation and that Malaysia sub TKV153 (formed in agreement with TKV Group) + value of Oftcoin?

Could be a nice mini-conglomerate coming in here.
