I haven't read them, but I was notified there were 2 separate filings for name change after issuance of stock, and annual list, so it appears Park sold the shell. If/when he ever does anything with all those companies he posted about, it will have nothing to do with shareholders now that Zitto Inc looks to be merging in.
Hopefully this Betty Kim has a plan and we'll see more updates to OTCM soon.
