Who is to say that just maybe the phones could possibly have more than one way to charge it, solar and a charging port? Anything is possible if you open your minds to it. More often than nought Imagination is more import than knowledge. Think of the possibilities...

Welcome to 1990. I have had a solar powered calculator for decades. However modern phones require MUCH more power than my simple calculator and indoor lighting is weak compared to sunlight.

If/when solar powered phones become feasible, it won't be a bogus "company" with only $59k to it's name to develop & introduce them.
