Agree Dr Scholls may have name recognition but they have very little visibility in the pharmacy aisles any more. Futero and Ace (both 3M brands) are leaders by a long long way.

Don't mind doing Dr Scholls but only if non-exclusive. and I wouldn't wait for them to be first as competitors might just get them moving.

Bayer as an organization would being an in road to the general practitioners and foot doctors that 3M probably don't.

This shows how tough it is to be Andy Whelan making the decisions and strategy.

I am sure that could be a possibility, but IMO if they decide to buyout, they see the immense potential in these products due to their thinking that all of this opioid news is powerful enough to pressure the FDA into totally altering and changing their long standing position regarding BIG PHARMA'S pills as the outright choice for pain. The 'heat' that is definitely on, from this crisis, is NOT just hitting those big and powerful drug companies, it is and will be on the FDA for allowing those addicting and killer drugs to be easily accessible to its citizens. Any alternatives they can provide the public with, may 'cool' that heat they are justifiably getting.
