This is a private effort to obtain restitution. Instead of soliciting people and money like the previous scammers did, a conversation was started with the DTC. An offer was made to them that makes them some money and gets the shareholders back some money.
You do not need to contact anyone at the moment. No funds are needed from anyone. No one has to call, write, anything for the moment.

There are no directions at the moment because negotiations are going back and forth. Ideally, if this works as planned, everyone's shares will disappear from their accounts and be replaced with somewhere between 8 and 10 cents per share. In return for settling, the DTC is being offered something that helps make them some money from something they are involved with. No settlement, no additional project for them.
This settlement goes to the pre-lock shareholders with no fees withdrawn, no lawyers scamming 85% of the settlement.
It was actually not hard to start a conversation with them. Learned some ugly things about Megas too along the way.
