mret, what is the status, if anything, on shares bought post-lock? or if a shareholder bought some pre-lock, and some post-lock, within the same account? will the settlement only go for the specific ones bought pre-lock and leave the rest of the shares intact in that brokerage account?

Federal agencies almost come to a standstill

DTC is being offered something that helps make them some money from something they are involved with. No settlement, no additional project for them.
