To make whole is a settlement term that means to minimally get back what you've lost. In our case, whatever our cost basis was on our BCIT shares was, before it was placed in the deep freeze to cover up malfeasance (or nonfeasance) by the DTCC, SEC and probably FINRA too (not to mention, the people who created the bogus certificates and the deals made by some players that were not in support of the shareholders). To be honest, I have no idea what supposedly happened recently, that is suppose to benefit those of us who've had our money tied up for over 10 years.
