I went thru-this awhile back, they-even-got-a-warning of suspension

from the SEC. (ALRT) - Like all delinquent filings and taxes, you're not allowed to settle most-recent until you settle oldest-delinquent and the data is sometimes hard to gather.

I've been thru it as a bookkeeper trying to right a sinking "ship." It would have been easier to progress latest to earliest, but that's not the way they want it.

ALRT pulled it all together, one filing-at-a-time, but it took the better part of a year, and they're now current.

I can't argue with the "hopes" of those that have been thoroughly trashed by this ticker, SPRV, for years. Actually, I hope it works out!

OTOH, when Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton is involved, there is "smoke" and where there is "smoke" there is usually "fire"! Bobo has made a handsome living ripping off shareholders! THE CLOWN's list of "identified" cronies reads like a "Who's Who" in OTC scams. THE CLOWN's early mentor, Al Reda, went to jail! Check out guys like Roger Pawson, Richard Astrom (and family), and John Fife, just to name a few. IMO...Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton should have already been whacked by the regulators and perhaps law enforcement!

The rationale for appointing Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton the CEO and President of SPRV at the time of the Web to Door acquisition escapes me! Why do it? If Santulan and Web to Door agreed to the move, then it is clear "real" DD may not be Rod Santulan's strength.

I will acknowledge that Bobo can do non-reporting company financials in a heartbeat. Check KGET! The filings look like the product of semi-talented fifth grader! The financial statements consist of boilerplate verbiage, which never changes from quarter-to-quarter, and rudimentary spreadsheets, which are loaded with errors. Unfortunately, the filings are not SEC filings, so in "Bobo's World", who cares? This is the price investors pay when not insisting on the protections afforded by the SEC.

What happens remains to be seen, but THE CLOWN and his "role" with SPRV will not escape further scrutiny until Bobo is out and acquisition proves "real"!
