I agree and there are some concerns there and I'm hoping all will change. The two businesses in CA do exist and I verified that and feel comfortable about it. Rod, however, is a reputable man and works deligently running his companies. He doesn't have to file anything yet and is only here for the ticker and not Bo's partnership.

I believe Bo was left as a director to assist with catching up filings, Bo was just given this leadership title and ran nothing as he was just filling Gearld Danos's departure and that's when the address changed to CO from TX it has just been a short time. Bo never was with SPRV before Danos left.

I believe that they are working on catching up with filing since this latest acquisition but need to be caught up since early 2016 when they filed a late notice and stopped filing.

Rod wants the books cleared believe me. I will bank on it that Bo is here just to finish the transaction and filings and he too will be replaced as directors are seated.

Rod has a real brick and mortar company going on and just needs a clean ticker and that may take a bit to get caught up.
