Like all delinquent filings and taxes, you're not allowed to settle most-recent until you settle oldest-delinquent and the data is sometimes hard to gather.

Yes indeed! Great to have a bookkeeper's incite! I have an accountant's perspective. One always wonders "who has been the keeper of the information over the length of the delinquency in this case over two years?" Why would someone even keep track of the data? How accurate could it possibly be? This being the situation, one has to wonder why Web to Door would ever hook-up with a slug like SPRV? LOL! It had to be "cheap" or financially attractive, i.e. billions of SPRV shares, even at .0001! How many actual shares did it take? Just askin'?
