How you describe the way it'll probably play out makes a whole lot more sense than how I know a true IPO would. I've yet to see any mention of a prospectus, but I'll pass anything I hear along.
I dont know about the others but RSHN has filed all the proper paperwork to transfer the entity to Colorado. If you would do some more digging you can find all of information about it. I posted the information on the RSHN board,
