Was this a deliberate tactic to overt some legality?

Is this article of incorporation or a re-domiciling.

Is this a private offering to convert GRPS to XYZHemp when they have a new stock symbol?

Tweets and low budget web site info don't lend a particular feel of true certainty. Once and if they bring GRPS current then apply to re-domicile, pay taxes etc. Then I'll begin to feel more confident holding long term for the incredible future success possible with XYZHemp. If not it has the appearance of a three card monty.

However, vertical integration, US and world distribution rights, partnership in agricultural and water rights, not to mention hemp products development strategies all sound like this could be a huge winner worth many millions/billions. imo
