I mean that doesn’t really prove anything either. It’s just as incomplete as the other side. You basically gave her the answers so she could agree with you. Don’t you think that’s what a frontline call center rep in a foreign country wants to do to get off the phone with you?
I deal with these Amazon people all the time on customer service. I wouldn’t trust one thing they said, whether it was for or against my argument.
For kicks I just rapid fired Utopya Five into amazon probably 300 times rapid fire hitting enter and clicking search. Well guess what! Utopya Five doesn't show up on the search. Debunked again
Nice questions but I don't have complete faith in any customer service persons knowledge base. This article might shed some light on what the amazon search engine is doing. I haven't read it completely yet but figured I should post it asap.
