So the co knew good news was coming and they still went for issuing such large shares at lowest price?
Why wouldn’t they wait for 2 days and issue new shares at higher prices




To be clear. It’s just a theory, but under that theory they would not have had to issue shares at prices from July 2. It would have been prices from the 3rd.
