I do the same. Frivolous financial responsibility manifests everywhere else. Now, i just dabble in mergers with small risk and watch as well as add to the responsible management teams. Although, they too fall short of obligatory filings, quite often ugh it's all human and I like to wear it as a loose garment in the big pic :)
