TY nodummy! I was just reading all of these found via board search ;) I had knowledge of most info, as well. The term 'hijack' is respected in how the OTC 'unregulated' positions had historically been abused. I've also done research on Mr Alessi's character and affiliates within his network. I will look into Colette deeper today. I have not looked there enough to have a better view of the SEC obligations & responsibilities of that person's rapport.

Currently I hold 2 small risk positions in connection with Mr Alessi's tickers and am willing to see if his ability to 'frugally' acquire stagnant tickers happens.
I'm more curious on how this all works vs making money lol it's a journey in learning and that's what is so appreciated!
Thanks again for all you do! In the bigger picture, (imo) there is nothing wrong with recycling these plays but the SEC needs to be more proficient in it's regulations, no doubt!
Enjoy your day, and know your posts are appreciated so much!

I found this one through Mr. Alessi last week: IBGH(D) and called them to inquire why the name change hadn't occurred yet. I was guided to email the inquiry to another source. The next day, an r/s was announced and the a/s was only 200m! Smh also, I found a 66k judgement owed to Mr Alessi for that ticker transaction.
I often use an ipad so it is not easy to add the links found which may offset my posting credibility. I do not mean to be so frivolous in posting without the references... today, this particular 'new guy's' aka Mr Alessi's approach in finding his way has me intrigued via the ability to figure out the jigsaw puzzle for OTC vs SEC.
Apparently, Alessi was a 'trader' and his alpha modus founding partner started another company for AI learning of market trading through IBM Watson. Kinda makes me wonder how his DD as a trader really worked. Hmmm lol

The amount of research you put into all of this is insane. Is there any motivation behind spending so much time doing all this research? I mean, is there a way to profit off of your due diligence? Do you profit off of any of it? Otherwise I really don't see the benefit for yourself unless you are just trying to sincerely help individuals not get stuck in a losing stock

Don't you love it when the IRS calls you threatening to put you in prison in 24 hours, especially when you are on the other line with the IRS?

The best part is merging the phone calls and have the IRS threaten the IRS.

The woman with the thick accent was very upset that I was "harassing" her.

Then hung up.

That was Tuesday. Today, we followed up with the heavily accented woman at the IRS, dang phone company disconnected the IRS's phone for non-payment.
