I wasn't aware of any issues Hamon Fytton had with the SEC, his track record actually seems impressive. I've seen a good number of filings over the last year and a half and letters exchanged with the SEC to bring GEGP back from dark to SEC current.
The 8K stated the 2017 10K and 10Q through April 2018 will be filed shortly bringing it back to current. Everything appears to be legitimate. I haven't seemed to find anything negative about the new ownership group or directors.
Thank you nodummy. And research is the name of the game. I will research everything, before I decide to act or pass. From what I've found so far, coupled with your new names, I think this is a one tick flipper at best, but nothing to get attached to.
