I know the GEGP shell super super well... it has a super dirty, ugly past with some extrememly interesting people linked to the shell some of which have shown up in Indictments and SEC litigation (L Rex Andersen, Clifford Wilkins, Keith King, Hamon Fytton, David Zazoff, Steven Sperber, Big Apple Consulting, Guy Jean-Pierre, Anthony Mellone Jr, Fred Schiemann, and others). Maybe later I'll try to post some of that old research for you.


As far as the Ice Lounge Media Inc change of control

If you go through the Wyoming SOS filings you'll find some other names attached to the entity

When BHLD first went public as Moms Online Inc in 2014 it was disclosed that Moms Online Inc was a wholly owned subsidary of IceLounge Media Inc that was spunoff to be taken public.

IceLounge and another entity controlled by this group named Social Quotient Inc (which was also a spinoff of IceLounge) where then used as noteholders/shareholders in Moms Online Inc

In April of 2018 BlockHold Capital Corp was merged into the Moms Online Inc shell creating BHLD

You can see like with the GEGP IceLounge Media Inc, Kevin Wong and Ed Wong (who were both already involved in Moms Online Inc) were also involved in creating BlockHold Capital Corp

So in a sense the whole BlockHold Capital Corp/Moms Online merger/change of control was more like an arms length arrangement involving a lot of the same insiders.

And like with IceLounge Meida Inc - GEGP, the name Robert Schelgal shows up to replace the Lybbert/Ghim group


It looks like BHLD has yet to see an active market to date.

BHLD is also a few months delinquent with its required SEC filings.

I wonder if something happened with that shell and so they decided to move over to the GEGP shell instead.

The thing is that GEGP is a mess too and is now several months behind with its required SEC filings.


I'm really not familiar with the Ghim, Lybbert, Wong, Lu, Schlegel, Kander group and I don't really have any more time to look right now but that gives you some more names to dig around with if you decide to keep researching it.
