That is better than the .25 i keep seeing thrown around. But I say we wait because if you look at past history with private placements they tend to go up just before the deal is done, it has happened several times for Aurora so maybe it hits 20 million then things change a bit more

No sorry the .25 cent warrant is money you would have to pay not receive....the value of the warrant is unknown at this time....for example if one day prior to the expiration the shares of this new company is $1 dollar then the value received would be .75 cents per warrant, but unfortunately today it’s not worth anything. Value received at this time from spin out is $10 per 1000 shares
