In reference to the spin off dividend,This is the way i see it:

The amount of the cash dividend to a US citizen is:

.25 (value of the warrant)
.20 (value of 1 share of Australis)- SEE BELOW.
.45 (value of dividend assumed .20 for value for Australis share.)

Translates into $22.50(US) for each 1000 shares held.
1000/20*.45=22.50.


(1)Australis intends to issue 75 million shares at 20 cents each through a private placement for gross proceeds of $15 million.
