I think it is just a typo especially considering the fact that the month of March has 31 days not 30.
Most public Issuers use a pretty standard fiscal year that ends on December 31st so the quarterly reporting periods end on March 31st, June 30th, and September 30th.
ANDI's fiscal year ends on July 31st so their quarterly reporting periods end on October 31st, January 31st and April 30th.
I think either they used a template from some company which is on the more standard fiscal calendar whose quarter would have ended on March 31st and just failed to properly change the date at the top or they got thrown off by their unusual fiscal calendar and goofed up on the date at the top.
