It should probably be noted that in the quarterly report for the period ending January 31, 2018 there were no Series D preferred shares outstanding.

Question for you. Is there any significance to the Q report ending on March 30, instead of April 30, which is the end of their third fiscal quarter?

Or do you regard that merely as a typo to be corrected? I haven't seen any disclosure that ANDI changed their fiscal year end. TIA.
