Well Currently Andiamo and Utopya WorldWide Holdings are one and the same, As at the Wyoming SOS you can see New Name Old Name for verification

Now Utopya Innovations is supposedly The Company as is referenced here

I think Starkweather and his buds have really screwed the pooch with all the changes trying to be made,

Utopya Worldwide Holdings (UWWH)
or UTOP

ANDI announced a merger, but never completed it. So filings and PRs do not match up.... More fishiness from management.

On another front, I am a bit confused as to Andiamo, Utopia Innovations LLC or Utopian Worldwide Holdings Inc got the 250M got the purchase agreement from the all stock acquisition. Any thoughts?
