Based on all the publicly available information to date, Utopya Innovations Inc owns the ANDI shell but ANDI doesn't own any part of Utopya Innovations Inc. So ANDI shareholders don't own any part of the smart phone business (whatever business there may or may not be).
ANDI has just been misleading ANDI investors for months while using Series B preferred shares to dilute ANDI stock into the market to raise money for the Utopya Innovations Inc smart phone operations that ANDI shareholders do not own.
But I'm holding back from talking about that messed up situation too much. I'm waiting to see if ANDI files its quarterly report next week because if the filing contains the information I expect it to contain I can just use that for a reference.
