Same address, same management, same company... the conspiracy is dead.

So this company has been around for awhile. Good glad we got that established and eliminated one rumor.

Perhaps the product didn’t fly off the shelves initially and so they have been improving the product the last few years and now have achieved their goal.

No no no that can’t be, your explanation is so much more realistic. Certainly the Harvard graduate and his company are also scammers along with Darryl, Owen, Ilya and Cycloides. That makes so much more sense! Thanks for enlightening me.

Thanks, I think I have all those tabs open trying to connect dots.

Roland Carson is the toughest nut to crack, since he doesn't have a presence on the web, it seems. The closest I could come is here:

https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Roland-Carson/1585343843

That's very light on information, Wewi is most of it, since he's quoted in the "Solar Laptops for Starving Africans" campaign. Both Yoram Snir has a LinkedIn page:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/yoram-snir-b8731aa5/

David has one listed as "David S"

https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidmsnir/

Lot's of OTC worthy Crytocurrency! and Blockchain! stuff, but no mention of the solar power laptop thing getting a governmental PO.

He's on crunchbase:

https://www.crunchbase.com/person/david-snir#section-overview

And he's here, under a different name, David Sternberg:

https://www.f6s.com/davidsnirsternberg

Don't know why.

Two big red flags from today's PR are

#1 ANDI doesn't say what they paid for the acquisition of the new WeWi company.

The PR did say it was an all-stock transaction:

The deal was completed as an all-stock transaction, making WeWi a wholly-owned subsidiary of Utopya Innovations.

https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/andiamo-corp-along-with-utopya-innovations-announce-acquisition-of-wewi-applied-research-corporation-300664766.html

As I've by now said several times, why sell out for stock if you've just signed a contract that will bring in gobs of cash?

#2 ANDI doesn't say which government. Referencing huge multi-million contracts with no details is common practice for scam companies.

True, but I think Ghana makes sense. The WeWi sub's been involved there for years. But by the way... is that sub included in the acquisition?
