As I clearly said. The war.systems website says that WeWi Applied Research Corporation is a spinoff of WeWi Telecommunications Inc

So yes they have the same management team but they are two separate companies. ANDI allegedly bought the new spinoff company named WeWi Applied Research Corporation which was created in October of 2017 and according to today's PR is selling the old solar laptops that flopped in 2014.
