Try 3 years for the ANDA. Also, there is something wrong and I don't believe it has anything to do with big pharma. I've tried contacting the FDA and have been given the response "we can't disclose". It would take a court order to find out the truth (at least the FDA objections).

You are correct in stating there won't be an approval.

As to the stock going up to the 0.40-0.50 range, only two ways that will happen. Either RS or they show they can be profitable. I don't see them becoming profitable in the near future.

Sounds good and you are possibly correct, but I think it would be illegal for big pharma to stop INNV from getting the original ANDA approved.

I know big pharma could keep the original ANDA down with a conspiracy style tactic, but legally is a different matter.

I think INNV should sue the FDA for a response and update, or sue to get the original fluticare ANDA approved.

Aside from that, expand the existing fluticare NDA, to encompass world-wide sales.

It's a shame the FDA f'd over INNV on the original fluticare ANDA, or it's a shame Dr.Damaje f'd us over on the original fluticare ANDA, or both...

Due to INNV not having enough capital to properly market fluticare, it could take years for fluticare to spin up, to its' "full-potential" whatever that is, and I'll wait.

Hopefully, INNV really does become a world leader in OTC and there aren't anymore stupid mis-steps, like more dilution or a r/s before it's time.

I could see where net profitability might take until 2019, but I'm hopeful for profits in 2018 and not a small-joke of a profit either...

I've mentioned countless times that Akorn is the problem. This company has been going through so much shit in recent years, they most likely lost focus and don't respond to FDA inquiries in a timely manner.
