was the novalere anda written with rld info when submitted in 11/2014?

It is your lack of knowledge about approval times which leads to such unfounded statements or accusations.

Even if we ignore all of Akorn's issues, 3+ years is absolutely not uncommon for ANDAs. As I said before, do some legwork and go through public statistics of pharma companies. You'll be amazed about the amount of ANDAs still waiting for approval after 3+ years.
