Roger is probably looking at other acquisitions. Acquisitions that are positive revenue generating. Maybe even looking at a company with the symbol EA#% but they've had zero revenue for 29 years so he'll most likely pass on that one.

Damn! Does CEO Roger have anything to do? Ben doing Snakes, Ambrose doing Gro3, Auditors and the Squad doing the Audit. With all the free time CEO Roger has with other's doing the work you'd think he would have AMFE's Q3 Financials out on time

It would be an inefficient and unexpected use of the CEO's time do attempt to substitute for his accountant. That would be very unusual for any company as well. I would rather AMFE's CEO focus on value added activities, like growing the company at the rate he has been, business development and M&A.
Financials at any level Qs, Audits, Annuals require dedicated skill sets. This is standard industry practice.

Good thing Roger is awesome at the things we want him doing!
