CEO Roger is not competent enough to manage what he already has and shareholders are suffering because of it IMO. He should be writing a resignation letter to shareholders instead of the sympothey excuse letter. With his failure to deliver the basic Q3 today the PPS will drop much further and continue its 9-month downtrend losing 60% since it's high last August.
