As stated the criteria for footnotes have changed since last AMFE did an audit and they used the previous audit as a template. An oversight none the less that steps have now been taken to rectify, with the engagement of CFO.
There is no evidence to suggest what so ever that RBSM and AMFE disagree about the audit. They have agreed the checking process is complete and the books as they are presented are in good order.
when it is filed soon will be refreshing and a historic move indeed from where this company came from over past few years. Not to mention since its existence what over 3 decades ago now?! Never having done a reverse split in its history as well. That alone says something for this OTC company. It is awesome in my book what the CEO has accomplished since he came on IMO. Also the CEO was very humble in this shareholder letter/update and that too says something IMO. Willing to admit to mistakes and then make good on them. And move forward with shareholders best interests in the forefront IMO! But nothing matters to sideliner types really. They just end up kicking or chasing either way. Is what it is. But IMO Roger has proven himself in the past and will in the future too. Yes I have faith in him. That's on me. That's my belief. And im glad to be here to see this company grow as it has and inevitably will moving forward with whats on the table..facts! Will see what tune is on the radio after the audited fins are filed.
