Baloney. Hanfeng Evergreen was a scam from the get go, pump and dump. Owen was the chairman. Pump and dump failures for Loudon Owen are like water falling off a ducks back. He isn't any different then a ton of other board members or CEOs of thousands of OTC tickers. Repeat offenders are everywhere and they just don't care.
