The idea of a share buyback has been discussed before. All the longs are hoping that has happened, others say no way. I will say I do not believe the conpany is purchasing any shares for retirement at this time. No way it makes sense to use available capital for that when they need it for so many other things. If share reduction is to be in the cards my guess is it went something like this posted a few months ago.
Go back and look at purchase of shares before the merger was announced. Hundreds of millions of shares in total purchases of ANDI at .0001 when the company was basically dead/stagnant. Even up to announcing the merger over 1 billion shares purchased at .0001 or .0002. Do the math for purchase of a billion shares at those prices. Not a ton of money for a company. If someone associated with company was buying all these shares pre merger, combined with 25% of post merger per day there’s a chance company could control a HUGGGGEEE portion of the float. What is the something better for shareholders...Well we sorta diluted the stock by selling shares at a significant profit these last few weeks but we did that without increasing OS. On top of that we accumulated the money we needed for manufacturing, etc. so now we are going to retire the remaining amount of shares we have which will further increase our stock value by reducing said float. If this theory proves correct it would explain so much about the hype and excitement we have seen from Darryl and the company. It would explain the apparent dilution and perhaps the silence of the company about SS as they want to drop that bomb at the right time. Boy if this is the case. Hold on for the ride. We shall see soon enough!!!!!
Just my thought. Company could have purchased up to billion shares for roughly 100k. Did it happen, I don’t know but the share purchase history is telling me someone loaded up huge in ANDI before phones were even discussed when this was under the old regime. Seems like someone knew something was coming down the pike. Makes you wonder what the company did with Darryl’s investment. Obviously spent before the Q was released because company did not have that much free capital. Seems an early share buyback would have been the smart thing to do. Hmmmmmmmmm!!
The company has never mentioned doing a share reduction. Ever. They're gagging the TA to hide the dilution of the stock just like every other OTC stock does.
