I personally think your living in a fantasy world.. when have you ever seen that done with a new company and they didn't release the info early on through a statement?
If "someone" purchased the stock, "someone" owned the stock, not the company and can sell it at profit (and there was likely a lot of that going on. If the company purchased the stock, it would have been reflected in the share structure of the company. O/S went up, a lot, from the statement published near the end of December and the quarterly for period ending in January. So, no, the company didn't buy any of their stock.
Everyone should be asking a basic question about any share buy back. Does this company satisfy the requirements that would allow a share buy back? Companies cannot just willy-nilly start buying back shares. There are legal requirements.
So how about one of the multitude of Utopya DD mavens do that research?
