I read it, and I do not BELIEVE it.

I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. They've been making excuses for over TWO YEARS now.

The SEC doesn't accept bullshit excuses.

So ALKM will only be releasing their 10K from 2015?

No wonder so many are concerned that the SEC will suspend ALKM for serious delinquency and to protect investors, since ALKM is purposely hiding important info to the investing public and the SEC. Securities laws violations could get them suspended any day now, IMO.
