Well, the SEC DID accept 2 8k’s from the company this year... would you like me to supply links?

IF the company was in immediate danger of being suspended, they would IMMEDIATELY file a form 15 and save themselves while finishing the audited filings to go current.

There are hundreds of companies on the OTC who are behind on filings. Most aren’t even real companies.

ALKM has products, properties, deals, etc. I think we have figured that out.

If a suspension ever comes, I will be first in line to say “you were right, you old Bear”

I agree Huggy Bear. I was an external auditor for a Big 4 Accounting firm years ago. There is now way that it will take that long to get financials up to date and sign-off. And let's be honest, if we were able to audit financials for Fortune 100 company in 2 months tops...i think we could for a small company of this size in half the time.

I own ALKM shares and I want to believe in the dream but quit using the auditors as a scapegoat.
