Well, here is a public explanation from Monday. They are just as concerned and frustrated as you are:

We have received so many inquiries from valued shareholder’s like yourself, as to when we will get our financials current. The never- ending process of getting the financials current has been an extremely arduous process. We are just as frustrated as many of you are. While we recognize that the filings are way overdue, it has not been from a lack of effort or tenacity on our part. Financial constraints were a major reason for the delay along with some other internal issues. Those issues have all been rectified publicly and at this point our auditors have been supplied everything they have requested from us and they are not asking us for any further data or documentation. It is in the auditor’s hands. Our best educated guess is that the auditors are slammed trying to get their yearend work completed for their clients that are "current" and then finish up with us. In all honesty while we are not happy with that potential scenario we would understand. Our 2015-year end is on deck, and thankfully this will include all the data up till now, enabling the Q’s to roll forward efficiently (especially with all the derivative liabilities, financial statements, and footnotes having been brought current). While shareholder confidence is always an ongoing concern, we are staying the course and focusing on fundamentals and building the business. We are trying to be fully transparent, and that is why we have gone to the expense in both time and money to get current in our filings. In a nut shell, although we’ve said the financials are coming, and they truly are, it is up to the auditors on when they will sign off. We press them for updates daily, for a guesstimate on that release date, but “they are done when they are done”. I do honestly believe they have already rounded third base and heading for home plate. There ARE many exciting things happening. We can’t wait to share them either. Many of these have been exposed (thanks to some expert analysis and DD on what has been going on behind the scenes), but we are still looking forward to formally making these announcements - especially the ones that have not been discovered yet!!!
