The point is that not every smart phone start up succeeds and the Utopya dream team were part of a failed smart phone start up venture in the past. One that failed miserably.
That doesn't look good when trying to sell Utopya as the next big smart phone company of the future. Especially when they are selling Utopya with crazy hype like $100 million in revenues before the end of 2018 and uplisting to a big board exchange in early 2019, etc.
perhaps they need the commons to be bought up so they can facilite the conversions of those B series shares all hype drivin before the hammer comes down? but we see the sos to see if they actually filed a de-flatting amendment
