The company was viable up to the time they departed and failed after they left. They had major differences with the CEO and chose to leave. It's not the first time folks have seen something like that happen with a company. There's a few post that address that specific situation pretty good. Folks may want to take some time and read those post. Hey, often times key player(s) of a company take their expertise and go off on their own and form a company and end up proving that maybe the old company should have taken their advice. No question, each of these "dream team" members has an impeccable business reputation and are experts in their respective career fields which is well documented. These folks would never risk their reputations in a scam nor would they be on-board for something small! As a matter of fact, the IR Department just released a message stating such. Big things coming IMHO! Go ANDI/UTOP! GLTA!
