OH THEY WILL!!!! As soon as they get all their Ducks in a row and finish researching the old ANDI!!! Remember this is not a typical CEO of a scam pinkie that will say anything. The DREAM TEAM does everything correctly. I would not worry if UTOPYA said no dilution then there is no dilution. This is not ANDI anymore no matter what the ticker says right now.

Good point. Gagged TA is always a RED FLAG.

ANDI shareholders should put pressure on the Utopya team to ungag the transfer agent. Their explanation makes absolutely no sense. There is no reason to gag a TA unless you are trying to hide dilution (the addition of free trading shares to the float).
