ANDI shareholders should put pressure on the Utopya team to ungag the transfer agent. Their explanation makes absolutely no sense. There is no reason to gag a TA unless you are trying to hide dilution (the addition of free trading shares to the float).
Since the Utopya team keeps promising no more dilution then they should back up their statement by ungagging the Transfer Agent. Trust is a two way street.
