Apparently some are incapable of considering the possibility of restricted or disclosure-mandated insider held shares being distributed and sold onto the open market. Is it time to learn the basics of stock market fraud? I guess some have yet to figure out that 99% of pink stocks are outright scams... a fact you might learn in business 101 or even high school business or economics courses.

Even a novice investor should know that a “dark” and delinquent OTC company like SHMN has no obligation to provide real-time share structure numbers through their TA. Everyone knows they are only obligated to read the numbers off the last filings and can report changes to share structure retroactively.

In case you didn’t know, many OTC companies can sell shares under the cover of darkness, publicly reporting the changes only when they feel like doing so. One of the many dangers of the OTC.

And no, a company does not need to use a “dilutive market maker” to sell shares into the open market. Whoever said that, that is hilarious!
