As far as the chart picture goes, Both are sitting in a Bottom zone these days. Both waiting for news to generate any rallies. Both came tumbling down from peaks made in the previous trading cycle,
AVXL from 6.27 and 5.15 to the current 2.35
IPIX from 1.08/1.18 to the current 50 cent zone.

a 50+% haircut for IPIX
and a 60+ % haircut for AVXL
