I did not say whether there was dilution nor did I imply there was and I did not imply Mike/UTOP lied about whether there was dilution or not. Some folks attribute everything to dilution. I'm not naive enough to say every time certain MM's arrive or someone sells that it is dilution. DD without verification is nothing more than an opinion which is worthless. I can tell you this, every time in the past when folks thought there was dilution and I verified numbers with the TA, there absolutely was no dilution. Keep this in mind, some of these so called longs for life, have bailed out with millions of shares. Millions! That is a fact and some of us know who they are. Hey, that's their perogative, but make no mistake, that is not dilution. So, I will continue to trust ANDI until they prove they are no longer worthy, as their word has been golden up to now, but I will continue to verify the AS/OS/Float numbers from the TA when permitted. I'm not one to go on a wild goose chase just cause a couple shareholders with hidden agenda's tell us we need to. The name of the game is to verify your DD. All this speculation without verification is just non-sense. The company looks solid! Great things to come!
