Well is it dilution or nothing important? I've been in the stock market for a long time and all company's hid stuff by not telling the truth... Doesn't make them a bad company but saying no dilution then doing it to pay bills is not my idea of being so great as a lot of people on this board proclaim. I'm long with an average of .019, and will be looking forward till next week and after. BMIC is not done .

Agree. The debt from the previous regime is very small and can be verified in the reports.
