I wouldn't really call it revenge, more like justice. Robbing people of their money and can't even return a call or update shareholders. The problem is their lack of communication and ignoring shareholders hoping they will go away.
Count me in, I got important information documented. Currently talking to a lawyer and building a case, I always give them the benefit of the doubt that they will pull their shit together. Hopefully slapping this lawsuit on their table will make them move faster.
So you want something to come of your shares BUT would rather do this? Doesn’t really make any sense to me. I hold some shares as well but it I still feel that here one day soon things will come I’ll circle and be more positive then they have been.
