I wouldn't really call it revenge, more like justice. Robbing people of their money and can't even return a call or update shareholders. The problem is their lack of communication and ignoring shareholders hoping they will go away.

Count me in, I got important information documented. Currently talking to a lawyer and building a case, I always give them the benefit of the doubt that they will pull their shit together. Hopefully slapping this lawsuit on their table will make them move faster.
