In this instance (yesterday and today) I think it was excellent pitching that did the Yankees in.

Unfortunately it was excellent pitching by the Tigers. The score could have been 1-0 and the result would be the same

Tigers remind me of the 2002 Angels

Tigers have better pitching than those Angels did, actually.

Tigers-A's looks like a great series ... A's are hungry trouble, too. Winner should take the Series.

Assuming the Tigers can hold on to this one, that is, which would seem a safe bet. But then, it looked pretty good for the A's in Game 3 of the ALDS too.

I'm tempted to ask the "Who has heart" question now.

Posada, Jeter, Matsui, Cano, Abreu, Mo, Damon (still), Moose (for another team): yes. Melky: maybe. Anybody I missed?
