Why base the dosing of Rett girls on mouse data when we have data from multiple dosing schemes in humans?

I don't think page 6 has anything to do with the planned dosage.


I'm not a scientist but it seems to show different dosages for different seizure levels. I also like the synergy with existing drugs comment at the bottom of the page which will also affect dosage.
